Delivery policy

Digital products only

CodexDrive sells software licenses and optional AI credit packs. There is no physical product and no shipping. You do not need to provide a postal address to complete a purchase.

How you receive your license

After a successful card payment, your license appears in your dashboard immediately (or within a few minutes once the payment webhook completes). Copy the key into the Windows desktop app to activate.

Crypto payments

Crypto orders are confirmed manually after we verify your transaction proof. Once approved, the same dashboard license delivery applies — usually within a few hours during business hours.

Desktop installer

The Windows installer is available from the download page after your license is active — sign in or verify your CDX- key. The same key activates the desktop app via our license API.

Access issues

If payment succeeded but you cannot see a license, sign out and back in, then contact support with your order reference.
